SALES- AND ACCOUNTMANAGEMENT

ProPerformance guides sales and account management professionals in the growth of their insights and skills by means of the Commercial Excellence Program, consisting of highly efficient training courses and workshops in the field of four different disciplines.

1. Strategic Account Management Method (SAMM®)

With this training we teach you to structurally find your (own!) added value on a strategic level of the client.

2. Winning Complex Sales Opportunities® (WCSO®)

A method whereby, by means of a thorough analysis, we determine how you can optimally practice an influence on the decision making of the client. The method uses the ‘Buying Center’ principle, which is taught at Erasmus University/ISAM.

3. Increasing Influence Selling Skills® (ISS®)

During this course you will learn to practically apply the right commercial skills personally and effectively.

4. Sales effectiveness
In the ‘Sales Effectiveness’ training, the role of ‘trusted advisor’ is developed planned and purposeful in a personal way, in full width.
