Kadant Johnson Europe has trusted ProPerformance for training our European Sales Team and our technical support people. We have been training the Sales Team using the WCSO and the Sales Skills ISS program. ProPerformance has trained and guided Vodafone from an extremely sales-aimed organization to a solution driven salesforce. During the early years of the mobile market the market share was key, but after the entering of multiple operators, offering a broad package of services was the most important aspect. Our goal was 10% more turnover per customer per night and minimally, or if possible, increasing the customer satisfaction. The approach that was chosen was: from hospitality to customer friendliness. ProPerformance chose a multi-disciplinary approach for all target groups, knowing: retail, catering/hospitality and leisure.
Result: a 10% increase in turnover and a significantly raised customer satisfaction.
Our managers and employees have experienced the ProPerformance training as highly inspirational. As approach, a clear structure that everyone could work with was chosen.
