What can you expect?
In a session of approximately 3 hours you will be working with several research tools, followed by a structured personal interview.
Selection assessment
We will go through this assessment with you in the context of a specific (possibly new) job position. Important in this are the criteria and competences stated by the client (in consultation with us). We will also examine a ‘fit’ between you and the culture and atmosphere of the company.
This way, there will be a clear basis for a well-thought-out decision about entering into a labor agreement or not. Both for you and for the client. We will offer an indication of the factors that enlarge the chances of success, and the risk factor, so a familiarization or development plan may be started immediately after the work commencement.
For all forms of assessment applies that we use more than one tool or questionnaire. Due to this, we have the option to evaluate the personality and behavior from more angles. Thus we are able to obtain more and better information, based on which we can make a stronger analysis.
In addition to criteria aimed affairs, in the interview we will pay a lot of attention to your personal motivation and incentives.
Development assessment
By means of our development assessment we offer you more insight into your talents, possibilities and pitfalls.
Based on the information from this session we draw up a report. This will be fed back to you in a personal conversation.
With your permission, your employer will be notified of the content of the report. With this increased insight into your competences and development options, an aimed development plan can be drawn up.
