During the ‘Focus on Performance 2’ training we mostly focus on your personal management style. You will learn to better fathom the effect of your style and to discover alternatives whereby you can effectively broaden your ‘behavioral repertoire’ by reinforcing your own personality. We will elaborate more on impeding convictions and on enlarging your freedom of action.

The effect of this training course is that you interrupt your regular patterns and learn to use an approach that better suits you, as well as the situation. This leads to better results in an efficient and pleasant way.
